Shipping, Processing, & Returns
Customer satisfaction is extremely important to us and we want to make sure every customer is happy with their purchase. If there is an issue with your order please contact us immediately via email at Support@LuxcysHairCo.com. NO RETURNS will be accepted due to the nature of our products, but if you receive your order and it is incorrect or products are damaged or missing upon receipt, please email us within 1 business day.
Once hair has been worn, altered, dyed, colored, or installed all sales are final and no returns/exchanges will be accepted. Please do not unravel, wet, or play with the hair if you intend on returning it for either reason listed above.
If for any reason you need to cancel an order after it has been placed you will have 12 hours from the time your order was placed to contact us in writing by emailing us at Support@LuxcysHairCo.com. All cancelled orders will be subject to a $35 restocking fee and any shipping costs that will be deducted from the refund amount.

**For ALL orders there will be a 7-9 business day (Monday-Friday) processing time (unless otherwise noted in the product description- Wigs have a 9-10 business day processing time) and no orders will be shipped on the weekends (Saturday-Sunday) or on holidays. All orders placed on the weekend will begin processing the following business day. During holidays and sales there will be extended processing times of 7-12 business days. Please make sure you can wait the allotted shipping and processing time frames BEFORE you order. We are unable to rush any orders at this time**

We are unable to offer expedited shipping at this time due to the global pandemic.
All orders placed after 2:00 pm EST are considered placed the next business day.

We try our hardest to keep our website and inventory up to date, however if the product you ordered is not available we will contact you immediately by phone, email, or both to see if you are interested in a product substitution. If a substitution is not a viable option for you and you wish to cancel your order completely, we will issue your payment as a refund via your current method of payment.
Please make sure you have put in the correct address and email address/phone number prior to placing your order, if you input the incorrect address or an error occurs this will cause a delay in the processing of your order and we will not be held responsible. If shipping carrier does deem that an address is invalid we will send a courtesy email notification requesting the correct shipping address; you will have 48 hours to respond to this request. If no response is given within the allotted time frame the parcel will ship to the address that was provided at checkout. Please make sure all Suite/Apartment/Unit numbers are listed on Address Line 1 or 2. We assume no responsibility for parcels shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. By checking out and purchasing your products you agree to this policy.

**Please order as far in advance as possible if you need hair by a specific date as we are not responsible for USPS or inclement weather shipping delays**

**Credit/Debit card billing address must match shipping address, additional verification will be needed prior to your order being shipped if these addresses do not match and this will cause a delay in the processing of your order**
